Clap Academy Cancellation and Refunds.
We rarely see changes or cancellations in enrolments, but we want to ensure you understand the process clearly should it happen. When you join Clap Academy, it's important to provide all the necessary contact details so we can communicate effectively with you. Additionally, we encourage you to familiarize yourself with our refund policies to understand your rights and responsibilities.
Customers Cancellations
- 50% refund will apply to persons who cancel within two (2) working days after the date of commencement of the course.
- No refund will apply to persons who cancel after five (5) working days from the commencement date.
- No refund will apply to persons who were offered a discount to get on a course whether by sales, promotions or good will once they have been set up on the platform.
- If you do not attend a training session after the course commencement date, you will not receive a refund. Clap Academy will make the necessary provision to reschedule the training at a suitable date and time or place you on an alternative course we offer on mutual agreement.
- Cancellation and/ or reschedules request must be received in writing by email. You are responsible for ensuring that Clap Academy receives your written request via email. Clap Academy will reply with a written acknowledgement.

Transfers
- Transfers to another course are permitted within seven (7) working days of original course date, a £15 fee will be charged as administrative fee, in addition to any difference in the course fees.
- Substitution of another person to your registration before attending classes or course commencement are allowed free of charge. This should be made in writing to admin@clapacademy.co.uk. However, if you have attended classes already, this will not be allowed.
Clap Academy Cancelled Courses
- Clap Academy reserves the right to cancel any persons enrolled on a course seven (7) days prior to the start date as it deems fit and proper. In the event that this happens such persons will be entitled to a full refund less enrolment and admin fee of £197 of the amount paid for the cancelled course and/or defer your registration to a later commencement date.
- Clap Academy reserves the right to cancel a student’s programme or revoke access to the platform in the event of any unprofessional conducts or acts considered to be against company and professional ethics. Once the course has commenced and there has been attendance of any class, there will be no refund.
